Brief CDN cache refresh completed in 4 minutes. No user-facing impact. All services remained operational during the update.
Updated Real-ESRGAN model to v2.4 with improved detail recovery for low-resolution inputs. Model download size reduced by 12%. No downtime — old model served during rollout.
Some users in EU experienced 2-3 second longer page load times for approximately 15 minutes due to upstream Cloudflare routing. Resolved automatically. Root cause: peering partner maintenance.

Status FAQ
Answers to common questions about Pixly's system status.
Because all image processing happens in your browser using WebAssembly and on-device ML models, most tools don't need our servers at all. Only AI model downloads (first-time use) and Pro authentication require server connectivity. If a model is already cached in your browser, the tool works completely offline.
The status page checks all services every 60 seconds. The "Last checked" timestamp at the top updates automatically. Incident reports are posted within 5 minutes of detection.
Uptime measures the availability of our server-side components: AI model delivery, Pro authentication, CDN, and the website itself. Since client-side image processing runs in your browser, it's always available regardless of server status.
If a tool isn't working, first try refreshing the page and clearing your browser cache. If the issue persists, check this status page — if all services show "Operational," the problem may be related to your browser, network, or device. You can also check our Help Center or report the issue.
